Check in clerk Bob friendly and provided excellent advice to make stay even better. Parking lot and outside area needs refurbishing. Otherwise great and convenient location with restaurant across street and downtown a short stroll away. I will come again 😀

Everything was very pleasant, especially after airing out the aroma of cleaning agent from the room.
Bed was particularly comfortable for my taste.

Not all the lights worked. No accessible wall plugs had to move the bed to use the plug.

Not what I had hoped
This is an older hotel with older furnishings. All the basics are there, but the bed was very uncomfortable and it sat on a 2x4 frame, part of which stuck out into the room.
Cleanliness was not an issue. The internet was dysfunctional. It blocked most of the web sites I would open up.
There is a nice view of the lake at the end of the property. There you also find a cordoned off pool that is broken into piece.
The operators are fine. I just expected more for the price I paid.
