这间房说是无烟房，却有很浓的烟味。洗手池上有烟头烫过的痕迹。床说是大号双人床（Queen size），实际上是普通双人床（Full size）。洗手池的下水塞打不开，没法排水。马桶圈也摇摇晃晃的。浴巾上有一个不小的破洞。也没有洗手用的毛巾。我晚上十点多才到，不得不使用门厅的电话，结果打了两次才接通真人，让她从二楼下来给我开门，然后办理入住。我住过其他的 Extended Stay America 酒店，但这家我肯定不会再来了。

It was quiet and adequate for the one night we needed. However, for guests needing a longer stay, the kitchen was not equipped, there was a bare minimum of towels and no tissues.

Not the best place for overall stay. Kitchenette was outdated, rusty sink and hotplate. No counterspace in bathroom, only a couple towels. If you have allergies avoid this place! They spray air freshener in the halls down at you from above. Scented sheets and towels no good. Bed was comfortable and was quiet. This is a budget stay.

Staff was very polite and courteous and always available when needed. Room was very comfortable which is why I chose to stay and extra day. I would choose to stay again.

The kitchen had no utensils, pans or silverware. Not even plastic silverware or paper plate. Phone didn't work and was nrver fixed. No remote for the TV. Got a remote by going to the front desk. Didn't work. Controls on the side ofbthe TV were sticky and filthy.
