Hotel sytem was down. Waited a long time to check in. Eventually got a room key. Bedside light non functioning. Check was complicate by the fact ********** alpreny only paid the hotel for one of the rooms in spite of having a reciept for payment of both room I had to pay again

Bed was very noisy,even the smallest move makes terrible noise. Restaurant service was very slow and uncoordinated. Staff did'nt smile at all,some tables got more attention than others,staff messed up with orders. One reception woman smiled and was helpful,others did not. Water in shower was changing itself from hot to cold rapidly. It was difficult to get shower because of that.

squeaking bed
Location was great, free private parking as well, breakfast simple but OK, hotel would be overall OK - however our bed was squeaking with every little move - this was a terrible experience, bathroom cleaning was a joke. Looks like they just milk it with no investment and no proper cleaning/maintenance.

The hotel room wasn't good. It smelled bad, the drawers for clothing were dirty, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, the shower leaked, the curtains weren't black out curtains, and the furniture was dusty. Also, the breakfast was terrible. There wasn't enough food, and what was there was bad quality. Also, the hotel was understaffed. Over all, this hotel didn't meet expectations for a four star hotel.

Nice hotel in city center. Rooms are fine, but the other services were terrible. Hotel restaurant was not serving food according our selection despite we have order in advance for whole group. Waiters were rude and slow. Breakfast was missing milk, hot water, coffee, tea... Only juice was available. Food selection was also limited to almost nothing.
