We were ripped off here. £200 for a 3 bedroom wreck. Very old & dilapidated rooms. Room 53....Too many faults to mention but included very grubby carpets, 1980's AC unit banging every 20 minutes & all night, blood stains on mattress, god-knows what stains on my pillows, ants in bathroom, no cooker knobs, electrical cables in the shower!!! Unsafe electrical socket, TV but no box or aerial cable, sat on armchair & fell through it, and absolutely disgusting kitchen. Poor Susan on the desk, she is an absolute gem & should be working somewhere nice. How on Earth can this place be 4*. Avoid at all costs.

Nice staff, good location, good sized rooms, good value but the Classic which is where we stayed is tatty and needs modernisation. Burns in the carpet, shower curtains in bathrooms, incomplete cutlery in kitchen and no washing up kit provided etc - aged and under invested in which is a shame. Not a bad experience but vs others I have stayed in Bahrain this was clean but very basic and unloved by the owners based on the lack of maintenance
The superior opposite appeared to be in better shape but didn’t offer 3 rooms

The restaurants are first class setting but very few customers. The hotel is really not kept up and cannot be compared to the stylish restaurant. Maybe for family with limited budget it would be good , but I normally pick 5 start hotels and this one is not exactly what I would pick

Do not book here, find a better option, it will be worth paying a little bit more!
Rooms are run down, holes in carpets, shoddy old wardrobes, curtains not on rails properly.
I only booked this hotel as it is advertised as providing a free airport collection service. I contacted the hotel 24 hrs before arrival to arrange as they requested, and was told they no longer offer this service so I had to pay for a taxi on top of this. If it still says airport collection in the advert, don’t risk it,

酒店回复: We regret that the room guest was not satisfied with our service. Our aim is to please the guest with 5 Star Service. We notified room guest that there was a payment issue with his reservation and that he needs to clear it up with the online reservation company as the reservation is not valid without payment. We appreciate that the guest took time to express is views.

Terrible experience with staff and the manager. We stayed 1 night and extended for another one. Middle of the night we received a message says that our stuffs are in the reception and ready to pick up. Assuming that it was a misunderstood information to the receptionist guy from my husband to extend but it is free to call and confirm before taking all the stuffs out. We came back and got our stuffs from the reception and went to the room. While checking, most of our items were missing. Such as clothing, bath and grooming stuffs. When we reported this issue, the manger wasn't helpful, unprofessinal, no willingness to solve the issue, and even asking us for marraige certificate which we never ever experience staying from other hotels. A terrible experience, not recommended hotel at all. Worst experince ever. Do not book!!!!

住一晚还可以,但不能再多了
正面,公寓很大,有两间卧室和两间浴室。工作人员很友好,乐于助人。虽然很破旧。照片中什么也看不见。卧室里的地毯需要更换,电视遥控器里没有电池,浴室地板上发现了不属于聚会中任何人的长头发。
