房间比较干净,但漏水,上面洗澡,下面屋顶都湿了。

收100美元押金来付杂费简直是笑话。什么杂费??没有早餐。几乎没有咖啡,咖啡渣也擦过了。像RedRoof这样的连锁餐厅应该在维护场地美观方面做得最好。糟糕的连锁餐厅会损害品牌声誉。赶紧修缮一下!
勉强过得去,但还有提升空间
我们第一个被安排的酒店房间在一楼。进门后,我们检查了床,发现床的状况非常糟糕。弹簧已经损坏,完全磨损了——根本无法入睡,因为只要坐在床的两边就会滚下来。我们向前台要求换一间新房间和新床,前台很不情愿地给了我们一间二楼的。前台告诉我们,由于房间已经订满,所以再提供一间房间是有问题的,但前台工作人员确实帮我们想出了解决办法。第二个房间有所改善,但仍然不算太好。房间还算干净,但如果能提供护发素(除了肥皂和洗发水)就更好了。更好的床和床单会提升入住体验。酒店的灰泥墙和外墙状况不佳。停车场光线昏暗,晚上会感觉不安全。街区很安静,但不是镇上最好的地段。如果能增加一些安保人员和更好的照明设施,效果会更好。
这栋楼很旧,状况很差。泳池的颜色是我从未见过的绿色。204房间的浴室天花板上长满了霉菌。后来我们搬到了207房间。我没有看到霉菌,但很脏。
省钱啦
天花板上好多污渍,看起来像是床上有沙子之类的。谢天谢地,最后我们自己带了毯子。前台服务态度不好,也不太热情。门顶缺了一块。
