Room was clean and comfortable. !5 miles from Los Banos. 3 from Santa Nella. Better displaying where you actually are might help. Worth the stay, and glad we did.

Leaving a 5 star for being what I expected. A decent place to crash in the middle of a trip to LA. Both the Fronde ladies were very pleasant and the room was clean and quiet.
