Very clean, updated and friendly staff! Would stay again! It’s one of the nicest Hotels in Minot. Definitely a hidden gem.

The hotel needs some updating for sure! The couch we had in the first room we got was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in a hotel!!

I would stay here again but would maybe try another place as we have a child. There is no pool at this hotel. The breakfast area was great and there were a lot of breakfast options. They do not have ice machines but they do have ice in the breakfast area that you can use. We stayed in room 304. It was very spacious. It had a full size fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The bathroom was good. The beds were comfy. There was not art on the wall so pretty plain. Our lamp did not work. There was no lamp in between the beds. The staff was great!!

We have been on the road a lot and stayed here on the top floor. What a surprise to find a full kitchen in our suite! We truly loved this place as it was so quiet for sleeping. The dining was wonderful and we were blessed.

Great. Everything was what I expected. The? Check-in was a great experience. They helped me set up my rewards. Membership and as a truck driver. It's always nice to have Somebody help you.

Comfort in the cold North Dakota spring? When we arrived in Minot the weather was cold with icy rain. Not a very nice spring day. The Hawthorn was like a little oasis. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was on the second floor and was clean and fresh. Breakfast in the morning had a variety of foods, something for everyone. The hotel is near to restaurants. We chose the Badlands Restaurant & Bar, an excellent choice.

Clean room and pleasant atmosphere. Safe environment. My stay here was comfortable.. I would suggest using less water for the waffles for breakfast. I also suggest the room rate lower for personal budget reasons. But I'm satisfied overall with my experience at this place.

One of the best hotels in Minot. Quality and cleanliness has always been the best at this hotel and even though it is getting renovated soon it is still in good shape and very clean. Breakfast is still good. This has been our favourite hotel in this price range while visiting Minot. The only other hotel we prefer is the Hyatt, but that is a lot more expensive and has one and two bedroom suites.

The room was so dirty and gross. There were crumbs, hairs, Bobby pins, and other various things all over the flooring. The counters had dried food on them. Bathroom as not clean. Sheets and pillowcases appeared clean thank goodness. I slept as I arrived fairly late in the evening and was exhausted, but other than that I just tried not to touch anything. Ridiculous for the amount of money I paid for a room.

Pillows were great! Bed okay, breakfast was a bit too heavy for me, very little fruit. It would be much improved with bananas and chopped fruit. The front desk guys were great, very helpful! Hotel is a bit tired, but spacious. Location is great…
