We arrived in the evening with no instructions provided on how to find the property, and when we were finally shown to our room, we were greeted by a bin bag left at the door. Inside, the room was swelteringly hot—not even the smallest effort had been made to cool it down, despite the extreme temperatures. As the staff member picked up the bin bag, she remarked: "You're lucky they cleaned your room." That level of comment is inexcusable, regardless of any language barrier. It’s not how you welcome paying guests. Shocking Breakfast Standards While breakfast hours were reasonable, the food was left exposed in the heat with no cooling trays for items like ham, salami, or eggs—in the July heat! The quality was poor, and the hygiene unacceptable. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a serious health risk. We also witnessed unfair and inconsistent treatment of guests: a family with children arrived toward the end of breakfast hours and was met with the dining room door being shut in their face. Minutes later, another guest was served food without issue. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Misleading Amenities & Poor Hygiene The listing claimed the property was "fully equipped", but in reality: No shower gel No iron—not even available to borrow from staff! The cooker and washing machine were filthy and mouldy, clearly not cleaned or usable. Let me add that the washing machine was actually...FULL OF WATER when opened the door😵💫! Not even a bottle of water provided upon arrival—which is the bare minimum, especially for late arrivals who may not have access to nearby shops. Even the terrace is closed at 7 PM! You cannot enjoy a summer evening outside, despite this being one of the key draws of any B&B, villa, or hotel. Many guests might only step out in the evening for fresh air—and they’re simply locked out. Unresponsive and Dismissive Staff & Management We requested a refund at 8:45 AM, giving more than enough time to discuss options or respond. We were told: “The owner will let you know tonight.” When we returned later in the day, staff ignored us—one walked off, another stayed on the phone for 15 minutes while we stood there waiting. No reply. No courtesy. No professionalism. Basic decency was completely lacking. Final Impression 😩 tired, disappointed, and simply exhausted, we had no choice but to remain. But we did not enjoy our stay. We surely weren't expecting luxury, but this place was not cheap—other nearby hotels, like Riviera Hotel, offer far better service and cleaner, more welcoming environments for the same price. This place is not worth your money or your peace of mind. I will certainly never return, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I don't like writing negative reviews. However in this case it is necessary. This hotel is falling apart and needs a complete overhaul. Staying here was the nearest thing to an episode of " Faulty Towers". Yes the pool is nice and clean. However the beach is nearby. From the moment we arrived there was people complaining at reception. The following day. There was more people complaining at reception. By the second day. We were complaining at reception. There was an electricity box directly over our daughters box that buzzed loudly making her and her sisters unable to sleep. We asked to have it fixed. However it never happened?? We had to turn off the entire electricity in the apt . Which meant no AC or phones charged . Thankfully leaving early following morning. Our room was asked by staff to be cleaned first day around 10am. As it was early for my family. I asked them if possible to come later. They didn't which was OK but following morning we were up early and specifically asked at reception to have room cleaned. It never happened. Thankfully we only stayed 3 nights. However at 250 euro per night. It's not good enough. I would not recommend staying here at all.

A Fabulous holiday and great accomodation. Rooms are dated but very clean. Beds comfy and air con great as when we went it was 39 degrees so great to sit in cool room. We had 2 bedrooms both with balcony. 2 bathrooms and kitchen with fridge microwave but oven didnt work also a washing machine in the bathroom. The staff are amazing. So helpful and hardworking Angela is a lovely freindly and welcoming person and great at her job. Breakfast was ok cereal eggs ham cheese. Etc. The pool spotless and plenty of sunbeds. A peacefull place with happy staff.
