The rooms need some touch-up here & there. In my room some of the wallpaper was peeling up on the corners, there were paint spots on the wallpaper and on some light fixtures, and there were red finger prints on the wall around the thermostat

Very clean room and quiet. I check-in on phone and got rechecked in when I arrived. Why send a check in email if you still have to when you arrive.

When we got to the room the door has been left open. After getting in the room the TV and phone did not work. Although we had been offered a new room my husband who has just had knee surgery has gotten comfortable and ice on his knee so we chose not to move. We then noticed bottle caps and clothes from the previous clients on the floor in the room. In getting up the next morning we notice our window was at least 3 inches open. Also the ******* price was advertised at $80 for the night but when I went to book it on the app this price was only if I chose to use my ******* money points if $54. Not please with the hotel or the app!
