The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much.

Very clean room and quiet. I check-in on phone and got rechecked in when I arrived. Why send a check in email if you still have to when you arrive.

When we got to the room the door has been left open. After getting in the room the TV and phone did not work. Although we had been offered a new room my husband who has just had knee surgery has gotten comfortable and ice on his knee so we chose not to move. We then noticed bottle caps and clothes from the previous clients on the floor in the room. In getting up the next morning we notice our window was at least 3 inches open. Also the ******* price was advertised at $80 for the night but when I went to book it on the app this price was only if I chose to use my ******* money points if $54. Not please with the hotel or the app!

I have left a review on the hotels site. We have previously stayed here and never had an issue but this visit was terribly disapointing. The room was not clean at all, I sent photos already. The staff was bothered that we were checking in during a movie rhey were watching on the tv and when we went to breakfast, I had to move 3 times so the staff could eat before us.

Very clean,very comfortable. Great walk in shower.
Stayed here several times breakfast has always been great, but today I was very disappointed.
Breakfast croissant sandwich was all dried out, so much so you couldn't even remove it from the chafing dish. No danish or muffins which were avaliable in the past. Also turkey sausage patty, thumbs down.

the front desk girl would only give us a complementry razor if we bought a snack.
