The wash cloths in our room were dirty, the tub did not drain, and the tv didn’t work at all so that was very disappointing. Breakfast was extremely limited but it was the hotel nice and quiet and had several dining options around so that was a plus. Overall just an okay hotel.

The only real issue was that there was very heavy walking or poor insulation directly above my room. I reported the heavy walking that went on for about an hour after 9 p.m. and there was no change after reporting it. It sounded like kids playing and falling repeatedly on the floor or someone marching around the room above.

We paid for the queen suite on here with *******. We did not get that room. We ended up paying another 21$ on top of what we paid here to get the room we requested. I believe the woman did what she could but her language was unclear.
The quality of the hotel was older. However it was clean. But our toilet was wobbling and the flooring was linoleum. Flimsy and not stuck down real well.

When I got to the hotel, no one was around to check me in. It took approximately 10 minutes for a front desk person to arrive and there were 2 other people waiting to check in behind me. It then took approximately 10 minutes to find my reservation and check me in. I did not get a receipt as the printer was broken. The hallways were very noisy between 7 and 10pm. The breakfast was awful. The cereal was stale and the juice machine only gave out water. I was not pleased.

Easy in and easy out. One night stay while traveling.
