Face value a good hotel centrally located with free parking in a city without any parking space.
In fact very noisy, very poor cleaning.
Upon (early) check-in given single room with dirty toilet bowl and showerbasin. Was upgraded to doubleroom with equally dirty bathroom and a completely loose faucet and a towel shelf that fell down on me.

Room (blankets and towels as well) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the room was very cold despite heat being on. Convenient location in the center of town and breakfast was very good. I can handle being cold for one night but I really would prefer a place that does not smell like cigarettes.

I stayed here for two weeks and was really happy with the accommodations. I think this is a particularly nice hotel in Tetovo. The room was spacious and had amenities that you might find in most hotels of this caliber--shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, hair dryer, closet & hangers, TV, AC, heat, etc. They also have a two-day turn-around on laundry if you need that. They send it out, so you can't do it yourself, but it's done well and comes back neatly hung and folded. For the most part it was quiet, too. The best part of this hotel, I think, is the dining. The breakfast was fine--nothing terribly special, but had eggs, cold-cuts, bread, jams, sauces, warm veggies, juices, coffee, etc., but the lunch and dinner menu were really impressive and so tasty! Oh, and the location is amazing--very centrally located with water and pharmacy and all sorts of other eating options nearby. If there's one thing that might make me consider other places to stay it would be the cleanliness of the room. They do attend to it each day, but only briefly. When I got to the room on the first day there was a lot of detritus on the floor and even a large wad of foil from food. That stayed there until I cleaned it up days later--which was no problem, but I don't think vacuuming is part of the routine.

The single room was a a reasonable size (not a broom closet.) I also had a very small balcony.
The breakfast buffet was reasonable.
The eating area was excellent, being on the second floor and outside.
My only criticism is that the fridge in the room was on the same circuit as the air con etc. Consequently, when you left your room and removed your card key, the fridge turned off. Crazy!!!!
Tip. Ask for two cards, so you can leave one in the room. Do the "right thing" and turn the air con and lights off manually.
