This hotel is easy to navigate to and located in a very nice, quiet area. Beautiful landscape and plenty of parking space. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed to make my stay very comfortable like coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave, etc.
Nice desk for computer and chair and reliable WI-FI service. There was also an additional chair with a small table to sit down and eat or relax. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the style of the curtains. Once I closed the colored one, the room was dark to help with sleep.
The breakfast was plenty and the staff very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Samantha at the front desk, who was very kind and went above and beyond her customer service.
I will stay at Best Western Mulberry when I travel to Lakeland in the future and I will recommend it to my friends and family when they visit the area.

Staff is friendly and courteous room is clean requested a no smoking room and there was no odor of smoke in the room or hallway it was also very quiet and we were next to the elevator definitely would stay again

It was okay..it could have been more..scrambled eggs/ sausage/..yogurt on the machine..juice was watered down..no pastries..hostess donuts in a pack..
We turned the heat on and it smelled like rubber burning..we had to shut it off immediately.. everything was so damp..you would have thought that it rained a little in our room..when I asked at the front desk about the smell I was informed that they were replacing the TVs and it was the smell of the dust..it was more like mold.
The TV was not working the last night..we only had it on once before..it was a big disappointment..my sister's and I went to say goodbye to our oldest brother who is rough way..I wanted to leave the first night! They did the least amount to pick up in our room..I would not recommend Best Western!
I can say that the staff was friendly..

I have spoken with the breakfast attendant, who informed me that on that day, we had only one attendant on duty and a large group of guests. She did her best to keep up and serve everyone as quickly as possible.Regarding the rooms, we are currently working as fast as we can to complete the new flooring and TV installations. We also checked the A/C unit and did not detect any burning smell or other issues. The new TV powered on and is functioning properly.Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve.
