几年前我第一次来罗利的时候,曾住过这家酒店,当时感觉非常棒。这次入住我注意到酒店里没法用餐,如果你是外地来的,需要点外卖的话会很不方便。酒店里倒是有一个酒吧可以喝酒。我是一个外地人,如果睡前能来一杯睡前酒会很好。我还发现泳池没有开放。另外,只有一部电梯在运行。当你走进电梯时,它会下沉,而且开门时不会总是与楼层齐平。这是一个很大的安全隐患,特别是对于视障人士来说。
早餐的选择很少。既然是自助餐,就应该提供洗手液。可以准备一台果汁机,提供不同种类的果汁。用正常的餐巾纸代替擦手纸。为了预防新冠,可以考虑让客人在取餐时戴上手套,以确保没有细菌传播。前台服务员不应该兼顾食物服务,应该雇佣专人来照看食物。食物在餐盘里放得太久了,边都硬了,根本嚼不动。
我的休息还算可以,房间也挺干净。但如果再给我一次选择,我不会再住这里了。

这家蟑螂酒店真该好好灭蟑螂了。我早上5点起床去卫生间,发现到处都是蟑螂。我甚至没法拍照,实在太不舒服了,于是我赶紧抱起孩子和行李,告诉了前台的那位先生。他主动提出上楼去灭蟑螂,却没有给我们安排其他房间。他们说会处理,我应该联系经理,但我从来没联系过经理。我们离开后,他们甚至不让他接电话,也不回电话。我的经历太糟糕了,我再也不会预订那家酒店或任何相关服务了。
第二次入住配有双人沙发、椅子和第二台电视的双床套房。如果我要赶早班飞机,一定会再来。干净舒适的床,地理位置优越,靠近RDU。
