Excellent beach, free sunbeds for everyone, and a good bar, but everything else is a disaster! The hotel is old and dirty. There’s no privacy between the terraces, and the breakfast is the same every day. The place urgently needs renovation! The whole hotel smells of sewage. There’s no entertainment after dinner, and the kids’ playground is dark and uninviting.

Very disappointed experience wit Assa Maris Hotel The rooms were incredibly dirty, bsthroons smelly and filthy , asked reception for help finding another room or meeting with the meager ., but they did not bother to do anything Wouldn't recommend or wouldn't go back for sure

This place could me much better with very little improvement and attention to details.
1 : Solve the internet problem... It is like trying to connect to the moon.
2 : Better parking management.
3 : Teach the staff to say hi to people they cross in the alleys.
