Everything was fine until the morning of my flight to return home. I scheduled my daughters and I a shuttle service at 4:00am. Our flight was at 6am. The entire reason I booked with Hilton was because of the convenience of the shuttle to the airport at such an early morning. I was told to arrive 10 mins early. We decide to arrive 15 minutes early. At 4:05am no shuttle had arrived. The front desk person kept telling us he would be there in another 5 mins and after 30 minutes of waiting we get told Sorry we don’t have a ride for you. The shuttle hit a deer. I would’ve definitely understood and booked my uber right away but the fact that we were told to wait and then told there was no ride for us after 30 mins was stressful. Thankfully we made it to the airport before boarding started. If this would’ve happened to someone who didn’t have access to uber or know how to even use the app they would’ve missed their flight. Your front desk worker did not even ask us if there was anything he could do to help. That was the only thing that bothered me other than that the hotel was great.

希尔顿的一贯水平,离机场打车20分钟左右,酒店很安静,早餐是美国经典的早餐,无功无过,下次需要的话还是会过来入住的
服务很好,地理位置优越,靠近沃尔玛和匹兹堡机场。早上还有去匹兹堡机场的班车,对旅客来说非常方便。
房间很干净,前台服务很满意,还有接送机服务,我们抵达匹兹堡时是晚上了,打电话给前台等了二十分钟左右酒店的接送车就来了,司机师傅还一个个帮忙把行李抬上车,很周到也很体贴,因为是晚上到匹兹堡的缘故就暂住了一晚
这里酒店选择不多
酒店的工作人员们太友善了,是我遇到的最体贴善良的酒店员工。我去时心情不好,前台叫April的女员工甚至体谅地将我一路送到房间。送机的哥们也是一路安慰开导,非常善良。自助早餐时里面的员工特意给我倒水。
房间很满意
我住过的住宿当中 最差的 一次。早餐 还需要 收费,吃风机 真的 脏的 无法拿起。这里没法 发照片 我会在 Google里 发照片的。
所有工作人员都很友善。设施总体很干净。
