However after checking with the reception team I would like to reply with the following comments:The request to change room which was on check-in was regarding a sea-view, which we were not able to accommodate as all sea-view options were pre-booked. We don't seem to have a request to change room after check-in. This we would have been able to accommodate for you, particularly if you were unhappy with the room you were allocated. We did facilitate an early check-in for you and my colleague was more than helpful suggesting places to shop and visit in the area. Can I recommend that should you experience dissatisfaction with any future hotel stay, please speak with the staff directly so that we have the opportunity to solve any issues for you. I do hope you both enjoyed the rest of your trip.

酒店回复: hi MarkApologies for any confusion however if you refer to your booking confirmation you will see that the reservation is for room only as are all bookings through *******. On check in you would have been advised regarding breakfast and asked if you wanted to book in advance.

If there was any issue with noise affecting your stay please always inform staff at the time or mention it on check out.
