You came back 9 hours later to look for your charger and demanded us to open the room which was already rented to another guest. We checked our lost and found bin which did not have your cable. You refused to leave the premises and tried going to the room. Fewer cars or no cars does not entitle you to demand us to open the room or threaten us to leave a negative review. We would have given you an unclaimed charging cable that people have left before, had you been a little courteous.

A good place if you need an affordable home base to visit Olympic National Park, Mount Rainier or Mount St. Helens. I recommend brining Lysol wipes to clean the AC/heat unit and all surfaces and a floor cleaner as the house keeping is not keeping the place the cleaner. The beds were clean and comfortable. The desk with the supportive chair was nice. There was a small round table but no chairs so it made it hard for three adults to eat at the same time. The bathroom had a nice heater so you could pre warm before showering which was nice. The floors and our bath towels were dirty. Had to ask housekeeper for new towels which was hard due to a language barrier. The lake view was OK, but not the greatest with all the highway noise. This place is fine for a two night stay if you plan to spend most of your time out of the room. It is more affordable than any other place around this area, which is why my family stayed here.

I’m so disappointed. We have come to this hotel so many times. This may have been the last time. They gave us a dirty room, and then when we asked for another room he gave us another dirty room. The third room was clean. He told us it was because housekeeping cooukdnt get the key cards to work

Children and I woke up covered in ants. Addressed with the front staff and they made a joke about "are you sure it wasn't bed bugs?"

I've stayed at my share of hotels over the past few years, and this is definitely a favorite. Check-in is quick, staff are kind, and it's always quiet. 5/5

I don't think they clean the rooms, just make bed and put in towels. Microwave had old food in it. Floor so dirty that, when we showered the tub had major dirt(almost mud) on floor. Laundry room was filthy, probably cleaned a month ago. The only thing management said was "It was up to us to report and then they clean it". TV-new it 80's, and small.Cheap and worth 1/2 the price we paid. We came to motel and went right to sleep, Management said to late to report because we used it. We cleaned frig, tub, washer, dryer,and microwave. We just used towel to wipe floor, they probably had to throw them away because of the filth.
We don't know anyone that would approve of referring this motel, except to deceive others.

The property is not extreamly clean. We were worried about staying there by the looks of the vehicles in the parking lot. When we went into the office to check in at 2:45 pm (check in is at 2pm) and get our room we were given a key card for our room. When we opened the door to our room the beds were not made and we thought we were in someone else's room. I checked the door number and it was correct. I went back to the office and told them that the room was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The lady apologized and said ti wait while she texted her cleaning lady. I waited and she gave me another room key card. We went to gi to that room and the door was wide open and sheets were on the floor. By this time my wife was really not happy since this was her birthday and this was the first day of her birthday getaway. I told the lady at the desk that this room was dirty also and the door was wide open and there were no cleaning people near it. She said to wait again while she got ahold of her cleaning person again. I told her after have been givin 2 different rooms that were both still dirty 45 minutes after check in time that we were not going to stay there and we would find a different place to stay and bid her goodbye. We did not stay in the motel and shouldn't have to pay for it.

I really liked the lake view. My only complaint is the heavy perfume type smell when entering the room. We had to have the door open for several hours for the smell to dissipate.
