I'm currently have one of the worst experiences with The Pearl Hotel. They scammed me into depositing a Rs. 4000 as advance. This payment was done on 14th July for a scheduled stay from 22 - 25th July. However, owing to health conditions we had to cancel the booking on 14th July. When I asked for refund, they took 3 whole days to revert. They reverted after multiple calls and messages. Then they had deposited a cheque for Rs. 3500 as against Rs. 4000. The hotel Manager just doesn't respond properly. He feels like I'm taking away his money. I asked what happened to the balance Rs. 500, and there is no response. This is a really frustrating experience in booking with them. A word of caution for all travelers to this hotel "Be Careful" absolutely no ethics and forget about customer service.

The ambience was bit wired it had old structured building not worth the amount for the room facilities way too rude ..! Cleanness was there but bit it was old kind of thing ..! Food was good

It was decent and good. The location was pretty good and food was good and the services was great and a decent pleasant stay

2024 年 11 月的一个晚上，与一家旅行社一起度过。 309房间。酒店有点吵，但总体干净。工作无线网络。任何自助晚餐晚了30分钟以上才吃甜食。友好的工作人员在餐厅留下了一些不足之处。如果不可能的话，推荐一家在哈桑中途停留的酒店。
这家酒店的维护很差，MAP 计划是个骗局。MAP 的质量并不像菜单上的其他项目那么好
如果我忘记了付款问题没有像我们希望的那样得到解决，TPE 拒绝了我们所有的卡，尽管我们在整个旅行期间从未遇到过问题，但我的意见总体来说非常好。这是一家位置优越的酒店，靠近商店和餐馆。当我们到达时，没有无线网络。接待员花了很多时间解决这个问题，让我在几个房间测试网络，最后把我们安装在楼上。重新装好盒子，我想一切都恢复正常了，我们在这两个晚上没有遇到任何问题。房间宽敞、实用，床上用品非常好（这是我们三周旅行中最好的）。我喜欢酒店80年代的一面，保留了原来的样子，即使设备已经老化，但还是有品质的。 工作人员很可爱，性价比无与伦比，2 晚 52 欧元，含早餐。在预约时很难找到更好的舒适度和清洁度。 漂亮的餐厅房间。我们本来可以在开放式露台上享用晚餐或早餐，但我们无法让餐厅工作人员理解我们的意思。 PDJ 虽简短，但绰绰有余。路边很繁忙，有很多喇叭声，但最终我们睡得非常非常好。没有隔壁房间的噪音。
