This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed! Thick black mould in the bathroom, blood on the walls and exposed plugs. During our night the ceiling begun to leak, soaking our clothing on the floor! Water pressure in the bathroom was appalling, and the towels were clearly left from the person before us.

Poor service, bad attitude from staff, cleaners stole a load of things, turned the water supply and the electrics, purposefully tried to change code for the door I wouldn’t stay in this hotel ever again. The staff are very poor and they need to work on their customer service skills in front of paying customers

Was very noisy down stairs music playing till 1.30 in the morning people shouting and playing pool didn’t leave the pub till 1.30 , would never stay again didn’t get to sleep until they all left no good when you have to be at work at 7 in the morning

Hotel placed in the middle of a run down area. Very noisy for a family with young children. Was not informed there was a wedding was going on during our stay. Advised them it wasn’t suitable and that we didn’t want to stay. No refund. Still charged cancellation fee.

Stayed here for 1 night as we booked the night before bank holiday and everywhere else was booked.

It was sleepable, easy enough to live in for 1 night.

But otherwise unclean, the bedding on one bed had stains, the shower had hair in it, and the cavity between the wall and shower cubicle was choc full of cobwebs, and the bathroom door handle was just about hanging in there.

Lovely welcome , clean throughout ,lovely comfortable beds,fluffy towels ,tea and coffee facilities , great service avaliable microwave and fridge for those of us on a budget highly recommend for families ,or if you'd prefer they have a great menu for breakfast lunch and dinner at sensible prices for quality meals,family friendly , pool table in the back room and cinema and shopping within a five minute walk ,staff couldn't be more helpful great relaxed atmoshere I would highly recommend to all .
