rooms were fine, area was fine, the front desk staff did not program our keys for both nights so we were shut out of our room with an upset baby for 20 mins waiting for the line at the desk to go down so our keys could be programmed for that night. the spoke to my friend like she was stupid. this also happened to my mom all three nights she was there

We had to wait almost an hour as they couldn't find our reservation! They worked a long time...had to call *******. The man at the desk was very pleasant. I'm not sure what went wrong but we are grateful we didn't have to go somewhere else as hotels are full due to army basic training graduation.
没什么特别的，还算不错。房间很大很舒服，泳池干净整洁，员工也很友好。不知道是什么原因，早餐只有一些小零食、果汁和咖啡，所以别抱太大期望。
