Rooms were clean, beach view was really beautiful with direct access. Staff however weren’t as friendly bartender especially. Felt like we were causing an inconvenience to order drinks. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was very basic definitely not worth an all inclusive. I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry it’s the truth.

A place we always love to return to.
This is our third time at the Starfish Tobago and each visit makes us fall in love even more. The hotel has beautiful facilities, its quiet, layed back and the beach is simply breathtaking — truly a Caribbean paradise.
We especially enjoy starting our mornings with breakfast at the Courlanders Restaurant, where we can savor a delicious meal while admiring the stunning and peaceful landscape.
The hotel staff is always professional, friendly, and exceptional. A very special thanks to the manager, our friend Jerome, for his outstanding leadership and warm hospitality.
We will definitely keep coming back.

No hot and cold shower.
Food menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner repetative. Food not fantastic.
General Staff 4 stars. Some staff are not as inviting, experienced it in dinning area.
Premises very well taken cared, felt safe even during late evenings walking through garden and beach front.
Unsafe feeling came from locals hanging out close to the pool area and smoking.

Staff all around were kind and caring. The facilities are to put it mildly, quite dated. Food is passable. Location is great. I don’t know if there are quality hotels in Tobago. I didn’t see any.

The first thing was the staff behavior all the customers was complaining about it including myself, the staff was limiting you to your enjoyment with food and drinks and was not pleasant to all customers was complaining , and no water in the hotel to shower and the pool was very dirty it was not clean properly by staff and the food was limited to the customers by staff ,they treated the customers poorly and make you feel uncomfortable on your stay there, your spend your money for all inclusive and was not given your monies worth I will not go back there, also many other people said the same the only thing is the staff need to change and upgrade the place with better staff and the step needs to change it very hazardous for old people and dangerous, health and safety is not there is also a water line running by the bar where people could trip on and fall no health and safety protocols.

Front desk staffs and other staffs are very nice the food is ok we did the All inclusive package,drinks not great but ok enjoy the live entertainment overall experience was ok hotel needs alittle renovation and need to get rid of the stray cats
