Room in poor condition considering the price was more like 2 star rating. Food good and staff very friendly but got breakfast elsewhere as we’re charging £17.50 for it here!

Staff were lovely but the room was a bit dated and could do with a refresh
Shower didn’t have enough power.
Only one bath towel and one hand towel provided despite having a reservation for two people.

Room was clearly tidied up but didn’t cleaned properly. Smelly and hear in the bed and pillows. Very annoying.

Not very good
Firstly, I was given a 'disabled' room which meant the bath was far too small for the average person to use. The stability bar in the shower is then too close to the shower head to have a comfortable shower.
The systern drips for about 20 minutes after flushing the toilet, so I have to close the bathroom door each time.
The bed sheets are too small for the bed. the mattress was exposed under the pillows.
The room, being on the ground floor and at the front of the hotel meant that I couldn't put the blind up due to the lack of privacy. The window didn't have net curtains either.
Sitting at the desk to work was an issue due to the lack of plug sockets near the desk.
Breakfast is ok, although the scrambled egg was hard - and that was at the beginning of service.
The room and hotel is quite tatty and not to the standard of other Village Hotels that I have stayed in.
The only positive was that the TV in the room was quite big and it worked!
I wont be recommending this hotel and wont be returning

我带着11岁的孙子旅行，预订了一间双床房，也确实入住了。不幸的是，这间房与一间双人房相邻，隔壁房间的“活动”噪音非常大，以至于我们晚上11点就退房了，因为我不想让孙子受这种噪音影响。听起来就像他们就在我们房间里一样。我建议你们以后查看一下客人名单，除非相邻房间是同一组客人入住的（例如，双床房里有孩子），否则尽量安排这对夫妇入住酒店的其他区域。
让我失望的是，使用游泳池竟然要每人支付5英镑，因为我从未住过不包含游泳池费用的酒店。
优点
所有员工都非常友好，尽力提供帮助。值班经理尤其热心，也很理解我的房间困境，但他没能帮我们找到其他双床房，只能给我们安排一间双人房，而这间双人房并不适合我们。
我们在酒吧用餐，食物非常美味，虽然价格略高。
酒店位置很好，很容易找到。离开时要小心，出口处有两个减速带，无论你开得多慢，都会感觉车内的东西好像要掉出来一样。
房间一尘不染，床也很舒服。
