我们于2024年1月11日几乎午夜抵达Astral Palma酒店，一对夫妇+一个7岁的孩子，白天打电话询问一切是否准备就绪，晚上是否有接待。女孩确认一切都准备好了，信封就在她的面前。到达后发现房间里没有孩子睡觉的地方。接待员Dudu尽力解决了这个问题。但值班经理在大堂遇见了我，说没办法，酒店已经满了，房间里既不能加床垫，也不能加床。出于某种原因，我在客户面前对嘟嘟说话很粗鲁，这样他就不会答应他没有答应的事情。他刚刚回家。我们三个人睡在同一张床上后，我们离开了。我要为 Dudu 和清洁工的工作加分，房间非常干净。干得好，尽管酒店很忙，他们还是完成了 10% 的工作。

Great hotel for families. rooms are large to facilitate a family of 5. We booked for H/B and the breakfast was good with nice variety of food. Dinner was a bit dull but ok. In general the dining room is noisy and smelly this needs improvement. It's better to sit in the front area. The Pool area is good and comfortable. Good service of ice, towels, and chairs. The hotel is very close to the main promenade of Eilat, Ice Mall and Jambo, all in walking distance. Parking is free for hotel guests and located in from of the Ice Mall. In general we really enjoyed and it was great value for money.

The hotel was excellent. Beautiful little room. Had a living area, bathroom, and the bedroom separate. The food was excellent with tons of choices and the hotel is just a couple minutes walk from the boardwalk at the marina. Beautiful place.

We stayed at the Astrol Palma from November 2023 for sometime and found the hotel, it's staff and especially the food to be excellent. The food here is better than some of the big hotels in the area.We would recommend this hotel very higher

Thanks to all team for hospitality and amazing experience. The stuff is very helpful, delicious cuisine, diverse range of food. And perfect service of the restaurant, the waiters were helpful and polite. Will be back again.

The Waiting to get the room taks hours .the customer service very bad and not friendly at all. The hotel is very dirty ,The team service are awful for sure i will not come back to this hotel I am very disappointed

Long overdue. Hate writing negative reviews but our experience was so underwhelming and so expensive at the same time I feel I have a duty to warn would-be customers. We had an overall poor experience at this hotel. Paid a hefty sum of money for barely acceptable rooms. “Access to the beach” is a lie: you have access to a small piece of dirty land filled with dirty pebbles. Go to a different hotel if you want real access to a real beach (like Royal Beach). There was simply NO customer service whatsoever which is truly infuriating considering the amount of money you spend there. Every time I had to interact with the reception, I would find a twenty-something associate utterly indifferent to my concerns / requests. No one in the hotel seems to be trained to offer just mediocre customer service. There is no care, let alone no pride in assisting patrons. The food at breakfast, a staple in most 4-5 stars hotels in Israel, was hugely disappointing. Nothing was fresh, good or home made. Everything felt and tasted like straight out of the box. Some big things missing like smoked salmon, fresh fruits (available ones from cans, in syrup)… Whether it’s the industrial eggs or the frozen breads, literally everything was pre-prepared. Check the photos with comments. Huge, huge, huge let down. Rooms often not cleaned properly with details that will make you cringe. Absolutely positive my family and I will never go back.

We arrived for our honey moon, all our wishes and requests fulfilled. We even got as a gesture better room than we ordered, with jacuzzi and larger balcony. The hotel is in perfect location, near the largest mall in Eilat and right by the the center of Eilat. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of food and dishes. I would definitely recommend a stay in the hotel and will be back for a visit.
