We had a ground floor apartment - it was dark, tatty, in desperate need of renovation (or knocking down?). There was a cockroach under the sink, and where there is one .... We had booked for 3 nights, but left early - thoroughly underwhelmed. The whole site looked ready for a complete make-over.

Absolute nightmare… we left after 5 minutes. Looks nice on pictures but in reality needs maintenance. Looks like not changed in 50 years. Worst thing was the sofa bed for our 16&19 year old kids, was short, hard and narrow. 300€ per night was wasted money. Staff told us 3 times they could not help us. When we suggested another room in nearby guesthouse she arranged this. Was a cheaper room but (at least with a proper bed): but they didn’t refund the difference in price. Never ever go here again!!!

In its hey day this place would have been wonderful but it’s a bit tired. Some maintenance was happening whilst we were there - painting of an apartment & indoor pool / jacuzzi were being updated. So they working on it! Staff was friendly however only saw them at check in. Grounds need more TLC. Pool is nice & big however no poolside service or even a glimpse of any staff. Lawns need mowing etc…lacked any wow factor at all. Bring your own towels Apartment was large. We were only there for a night so didn’t need the kitchen really except to make tea. Basic kitchen facilities. Coffee machine . Beds were clean , comfortable. Large dining table, and lounge area with Tv. Has large Astro turf area with padel court (paying extra €16 & €1 each for bat). Free ping pong. 🏓 Games room close to pool we discovered as we were about to leave. Old school pinball & arcade game machine. Foosball & air hockey. Beach is a 5 min walk ….not a swimming beach but a really cool shipwreck to see. Can bring dogs & you can bbq if you choose that particular apartment with facility. Supermarket about 5-8 min drive away. Restaurant is apparently down the beach a bit however we didn’t visit. Would be great to go with a family / friends group with kids.

Must have been nice thirty years ago but needs renovation.Kitchen did not seem to be operating ..told to walk 10 mins to eat.Breakfast appeared possible but no one was using today One pool closed with very noisy remedial work.Too noisy to sit by pool. My wife went to complain but had no indifference..no subsequent contact by manager Fawltytowers rules OK, Spent £300 on three nights.not happy Why not do remedial work in the closed months when no visitors present?

Duna Parque Beach Club has been a great location for us!!! It is true that some facilities like the indoor pool are a bit old, but everything else is great. We had a sea-view apppartment and it was great, with amazing terrace, well equipped and spacious for a family of four. The access to the ocean beach is a 4 minutes walk and also the other beaches are easy to reach by walk 15 min or by car 10 minutes. the place in April was very quiet and resting.

With the price an absolute price value winner. However, everyone should be aware that it is quite out of date, with some rust in the bathroom. Also indoor pool e.g. require a swimming cape like 40 years ago (sauna was closed due to covid). Service extremely helpful and friendly. Service 10/10 Location 9/10 Breakfast n/a Cleanliness 8/10 Room/Facilities 7/10 Price Value 10/10 (€39,42 excl. Breakfast in Feb)

We zouden 6 nachten blijven maar naar 2 nachten zijn we vertrokken. Receptitie heel vriendelijk en begripvol maar appartement heel erg onpraktisch, heel vies, schlecht onderhoud en oud. Er is de hele dag harde muziek bijj het zwembad vooral In de middag, geen rustige vakantie. Ik ben wel blij dat een deel van ons geld is teruggestort.

Es un desastre de viejo y anticuado. Han decidido no invertir ni un euro en renovar o mantener lo que tenían. Y han conseguido un hotel carísimo para lo que ofrecen. Un timo. Hay muchos sitios mejores en Vilanova. Si habéis ido hace años os sentiréis defraudados.
年复一年，它变得越来越弱。这太糟糕了。 Milfontes 很壮观。我从小就去我推荐 HS，Duna 已经是顶级了。友好的员工。住一晚，推荐。。顺带一提。房子很温暖。但是床，1 太软了，这对夫妇在 V 形的底部。另一个是硬的。价格越来越高。对于它是什么（请注意，我已经在评价中给出了 4 和 5 分）一切都很空旷这个季节也没有帮助，但我认为一两个晚上。通过。睡觉，只知道 Milfontes。我推荐 HS。
与家人在一起的好地方。宽敞的公寓，但需要维护。遗憾的是，我感觉年复一年，进步甚微。不过，这仍然是度过一周的好地方。
