I recently stayed at Jk Hotel Nagpur and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, especially the behaviour of the staff.I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the amazing team who made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staffs wan especially my room cleaner Rikitesh. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work. I will definitely be coming back.

First of all, in the hotel address it says opp to Railway station. It is located about 1-1.5 km from the Railway station. I dont think the online reviews are genuine because there is no maintenance and no services provided by the hotel. I had booked for a couple of days stay but i checked out in the morning. The deluxe AC room for which 2200/- per night is charged, it is not at all worh it, the room is very small and no facilities are provided by the hotel.

I was here for my work and this hotel is very near to the railway station so it was the perfect option for me. Also the markets are very nearby. Very helpful and polite staff. Good service. Nice and clean property. I loved the homely atmosphere and ambience of this hotel. Also the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the station which is the biggest benefit. The rooms are comfortable and felt really homely also the food was so yum. Staff helped me in booking cab and also they were very polite and humble. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worst experience .......not even get a bottle of drinking water after waiting 4 hours and 20+ request. Hygiene is worst than any railway station. false location given as opposite of Railway Station. all staffs are uneducated and liar.

酒店员工会说英语，而且即使晚上回来晚了也不会被盘问。前台服务迅速周到。地理位置也还不错。虽然没有热水，但在印度这也不是什么大问题。
研究了其他 6 家酒店后，JK 酒店是唯一一家承诺提供早早餐（早上 7:00）的酒店，因为我们的工作需要我们早点离开。他们没有遵守承诺，因为显然只有预订人员知道这件事，而执行人员没有收到通知。服务人员因此而失控，导致我们上班迟到了。早餐晚到了 40 分钟，是冰冷的 poha，上面满是油。其他用餐体验也同样糟糕。他们会在入住前收取 100% 的预付款，这样您就不会因为失望而提前退房。清洁不是这家酒店的首要任务。我们预订了单人间。没有一家酒店的设施能正常工作。存在这样或那样的问题：喷射喷雾泄漏、洗手间没有衣架等。完全不推荐这家酒店。
酒店拥有优秀的员工和服务。工作人员非常合作。他们会在您需要的任何事情上为您提供帮助。这里的食物也是最好的之一。房间漂亮又干净..虽然有点小。但它们像往常一样维护得很好。如果需要，他们还可以为您安排加床。
宽敞豪华舒适的客房。氛围很好，食物质量很好，在采取所有新冠病毒措施的情况下，愉快地享受了 2 天的住宿，位于市中心。总而言之，这是一家不错的酒店。推荐给其他人。
