The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpfull especially the ladies serving in the restaurant at breakfast time. The only minus point is the poor state of the fittings in the bathroom, both the toilet and the bath are in need of urgent replacement.

Awful food and service.
The food was awful, cooked on the outside, raw in the middle. Complained to the manager and she walked off whilst mumbling. Glad to say I hear that manager is leaving this week.

Return trip (one night stay)
Stayed here about a month ago - it is an OK place to stay - you know what to expect from GK.
Friendly efficient service - comfortable with no real issues.
Good breakfast - evening food was wholesome and typical of all GK menus.
Have stayed twice before and would stay again - I have found it reliable and so one thing less to worry about when planning a trip away.

我们于4月12日星期六入住，只住了一晚。酒店停车位充足，前台接待热情周到。
我们入住的11号房间带阳台，设施简单但干净。浴室配有淋浴，衣柜和抽屉空间充足。窗边有一张沙发床和一张咖啡桌。房间里没有吹风机，只有一条手巾。
我们没有在酒店吃晚餐，而是选择了一家当地餐厅。早餐是现点现做的，看到草莓、蓝莓和酸奶真是赏心悦目。
住宿很舒适，但需要一些细心照料，因为看起来有点老旧了。
我们非常喜欢塞特福德，如果喜欢历史的话，我们来这里参观，因为我们已经预订了“老爸军营”之旅的门票。
也强烈推荐这家很棒的博物馆。
回家乡参加同学聚会，所以知道酒店地处市中心，位置也不错。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。但总的来说，酒店感觉有些陈旧，需要重新装修一下。虽然有告示牌提醒小心热水，但淋浴水温还是很烫。浴缸破旧不堪，有污渍。家具缺少把手，而且有缺口。值得庆幸的是，这是一栋老建筑，所以家具和装饰都与建筑年代相符。
我的住宿
我们的淋浴坏了，我报告后什么也没发生。我妻子在公园跑步后，我和她都无法淋浴。我们都向前台反映过。一次是早上7点，另一次是9点40分。
他们只是说我们会报告，并没有提供其他可以淋浴的房间。
