超值的旅程
我第一次入住这家酒店。友好的员工和一流的设施给我留下了深刻的印象。
唯一的小问题是，窗户只有百叶窗，遮光效果不佳，所以醒得很早。
总体来说很棒。

Great friendly welcome from all the staff, Room was clean with excellent facilities, The Oak Room serves very nice food and has a good selection of drinks and the prices are very reasonable, again the service was attentive and friendly,
I have no hesitation booking a stay here again, and look forward to coming back

Nice room had all amenities apart from an iron and there wasn’t a phone to call reception. Wasn’t a major issue as everything else was perfect. The car park is quite big and free. We checked in late and out early so did not try meals. Overall excellent value for money.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Small thing but blinds at the windows were not adequate enough to keep the light out from the car park.
Breakfast - plus side they did have gluten free bread but every thing else was of low quality.

房间一尘不染，宽敞舒适，布局也很合理。非常适合短住，考虑到周边其他酒店的价格，性价比超高。强烈推荐！

房间很大很舒适，也算干净，餐厅的食物也好吃，很大的停车场可以免费泊车，一次很好的住宿体验。
非常失望！
我最近和姐姐在这里住了一晚。要是酒店能回复我的电子邮件而不是无视我就好了！周六晚上我们吃得非常愉快，一位非常友好的年轻女孩为我们服务，非常美味！但是周日早上我们起床时，房间里一滴水都没有！我们被告知必须到主楼去上厕所！所以没有厕所，没有淋浴，也没有茶等等。毫无意义地闲逛，所以过来吃早餐，期待着能吃到新鲜美味的早餐，而且选择丰富——结果却不是这样！服务混乱，忙碌，组织性很差，东西总是用完，唯一的面包是廉价的白面包（也总是用完！）所以这不是我们付钱买的，也不是我们期待的！接待员说他们会联系相关人员！一句话也没说！我写了一封邮件，说他们会在48小时内回复！他们一句话也没说，于是我又写了一篇评论，说我多么失望，多么难过，竟然被无视，还说我被问了三次之后，打算写一篇评论。结果我听到的全是：停水不是我们的错，早餐也因为客满了不得不换！我担心这不够好，而且对问题视而不见也不是经营之道。
