There were several stink bugs on the ceiling of my room The inside of the door looked like it hadn’t been painted in years. The desk was in bad condition.

Smooth check in process. One minor issue which was resolved quickly with the manager and front desk staff. Location was close to I-64, restaurants, and othef locations. Room was in good shape and had a microwave and fridge.

Dirty bug infested room, shower barely worked, staff were not helpful until after our frustration reached a boiling point. We checked out a day early due to the room issues. Staff seemed unfazed by it when it was brought to their attention after everything they agreed to refund the last day for us

They gave us a handicapped room which was fine but showering became an issue because the shower head was so low. There were some questionable stains on the wall in front of the toilet. Lastly; there’s a huge gap under the doorway and the door hinge. Which I know isn’t health department approved. That being said bugs were coming in the room. We had to use a towel to block off the gap. Other than that the lady at the desk was super nice and the house keeping guy was as well.

Only problem was I followed signs to ice machine only to find out it was out of order. Was then directed back to lobby. How about a “ice machine out of order— May get ice in lobby” sign

A True Realistic review
The 1st room ( 128 ) they put us in . The front door wasn't safe ... it had about 1/2 inch rise from the floor , and you could see outside . The bathroom was updated . The smell entering the room was beyond meldew . TV didn't work . They moved us to room 101. The smell entering was musky . The bedding & pillow cases had short black hair on them . The dispensers for handsoap , shampoo & shower gel were either a tiny amount in them , or had nothing in them . The one cup coffee pot on the bathroom counter was molded inside the water bowl ( no water ) . The air condition unit was set on 60• , and would not adjust to a more comfortable temp , and it was very loud . Although we stayed at this same location 10 yrs ago . I will give them kuddos to taking out the carpet , painting the walls .

Very very affordable. Beds super comfortable. Air worked fantastic. Could use some new paint. Staff very friendly. Was literally just to sleep passing through. Would stay again.

The room was very cheap, and I understand that, but some general maintiance could go a log way to improving the place. Example, I could see daylight under my door, and along the side also. The weather outside was mild, but this winter that room will be miserable with wind blowing in.
