The first room I was given was occupied. Guy at desk was pleasant & gave me another room. The 2nd room had no washcloths coffeemaker had a layer of dust on it. The room was clean otherwise. The Carpet in the hallway was dirty & had not been cleaned in a while. I did not notice but my husband said the door to our room had been kicked in at one point. I had already scheduled a stay for next weekend but canceled & will be staying elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Initially was given a room that was not cleaned, garbage in room, bed just slept in. Given another room that was dirty, no hand towels,only one little bar of soap for bathroom. No do not disturb sign for door. The next morning we came back from breakfast to find the house keeper had mopped the floor and it was soaking wet. Wiped the floor it was filthy! I felt 225 a night was highway robbery! Do not stay there!!

Room was OK floors were bubbled up in the bathroom and there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom. It was like a nightlight, but it wasn’t bad king size bed frame underneath was wobbly so every time you move into something felt like the bed was gonna fall.

Ceiling was falling down in the room, floor of tub felt like it was going to fall through the bottom. Staff was not friendly, not rude but not helpful.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The sheets and towels were dirty, room smelled like mold, bathroom filthy. Came to Auburn for a football weekend and had no other options. The fact that this hotel is not required to
meet any minimum health standards let alone charge $336 for the night is unconscionable. Do not stay!!

Dirty room, my feet turned black, there was flooring ripped up and 3 stink bugs in the room. Bathroom ceiling had brown stuff on it and th sink moved around the counter. The carpet portion was wet when we checked in a smelled like urine. Not fun to just wear shoes all the time. Hallways smelled like smoke and weed.I cleaned the room before we left.

It’s fine but not very clean.
There were things I noticed that made me question the cleaning standards of the location. I found an orange pill sitting on the bathroom floor, the room and bathroom smelt bad, and I killed two small roaches while I was there. Even the towel you set down on the floor to step out on after the shower looked dirty. It felt clean so I’m sure it was just badly stained, but still. I know there’s nothing you can really do regarding noise, but you could hear a damn pen drop two rooms down. I was woken up frequently in the night to NUMEROUS thuds and sudden noises. The positives were that the bed was clean and comfortable enough. I also liked that the room had a microwave and a fridge.

这酒店真是脏得离谱。床单脏兮兮的,床上用品上都是恶心的污渍,也没有客房服务(我简直不敢相信他们告诉我没有客房服务员,也没有保安),到处都是难闻的臭味。房间天花板上有水渍,周围总有一些看起来不三不四的人晃悠,让人感觉非常不安全。浴室水龙头坏了,房间地毯也很脏。冰箱几乎不制冷。房间里的家具又廉价又不舒服,包括那张床。那张床简直就是把一个平板床垫直接放在弹簧架子上。我还能列举出更多问题,但只想说这是我住过最差的酒店。阿拉巴马州奥佩利卡这家Red Roof酒店简直是个破败的笑话。它亟需翻修、清洁,并增加人手。我绝不会再住这里了,除非小镇上真的没有其他选择。这次住宿体验简直糟透了。
