Whole building is very tired. Divan bed bases were collapsed, mattress old and kept being woken by rolling on to a pointy mattress spring. Marks on ceiling which looked like mould. Bathroom clean but very basic. Room very hot but could not turn radiator off/down. Large free-opening window on 1st floor which wouldn’t stay open to cool the room. A significant potential hazard for any children.
The one redeeming feature was the gym/pool suite with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which was quite pleasant, though again needs cosmetic attention.

游泳池、按摩浴缸、蒸汽房和桑拿房都很干净，所有住客都可以使用。

完全没有服务可言，也没有人提供客户支持。女接待员回答问题时非常粗鲁无礼，说话又大声又难听。
服务太差劲了。我预订的是两大一小的房间，结果他们说不知道有加床这回事（尽管我预订的时候就选了三个人，并在特别要求里注明了，邮件确认函上也写得清清楚楚）。更过分的是，一个态度很差的前台人员竟然说这不是她的问题，说我订的本来就是双人房。最后我们才勉强搞定了一张加床。游泳池也关了，我们事先完全不知情。总的来说，服务体验糟透了。我绝对不会推荐住在这里。
一栋可爱的特色建筑，坐落于宁静之处。非常适合放松身心。泳池也帮了大忙。食物很美味，价格也合理。
太老旧了，到处是灰尘。走到房间要走很远，感觉不太温馨。
一个安静、有点旧的住处，没有电梯，所以要爬很多楼梯。
我入住的时候，房间里洗手间没有卷筒纸，电视机边框还是坏的。
