As we were fully booked during your visit, we unfortunately weren’t able to offer an alternative room on this occasion, however, we would normally look to relocate guests and offer a partial refund where possible.Our Junior Suite does overlook the patio area, as shown clearly in our photos and described as a garden-view room, but we appreciate how this may have impacted your comfort. 酒店回复: I am so sorry you felt the need to write such a scathing review and I can only apologise for the experience you felt you had.Myself and my colleague worked the wake you attended and I am not sure what else we could have done for you. I allowed you late check out on 2 rooms with little to no warning and charged you no extra for this, I allowed all the luggage to be stored behind the bar whilst you attended the wake, all requests made by yourself were met as quickly as possible and even though up to 40 people descended on the hotel with no warning and only myself the bar hours before the wake was scheduled, this was also taken care of with a smile on my face. Also a lot more than what we were told turned up on the day and we did everything to shuffle things around to make room for these extra guests. Myself and the team work terribly hard and did just this for you on the day, leading to many of your family members commenting on how great it had all been, yourself included, and thanking us. I can only apologise if in hindsite, you felt that we were tense and rude, but we did all we could for you and your family on an upsetting day and I am saddened that you felt you needed to write this. Customer service is paramount in this business and it is something we take great pride in.
