Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, for example, having extra towels sent up to our room or just being attentive when eating in the restaurant.
The hotel is a new build and is very well kept. Excellent standard of cleaning, new bathroom fittings and comfortable bed.

这篇点评是基于我本应上周入住的经历。今天接到电话说锅炉坏了，没有热水，但他们会给我酒吧账单打九折。这点补偿远远不够，所以我另外订了一家酒店。房间也改到了下周入住。不过，这都是基于我之前入住的反馈。锅炉坏了也不是酒店的错。
