The building was in disrepair. The tub was dirty and roaches in room. The walls needed repaired. The staff on duty when arrived was very accommodating and helpful. If the building had been taken care of this would have been a great stay

Crap
This hotel is complete garbage. Staff was doing what they could so not them. Ceiling in bathroom rotted and fell in. Water leaking everywhere. Noise was ridiculous.

First room smelled and the dresser drawers were not closed. I complained and they moved us to what was supposed to be an upgrade but all it had was a bigger tub. Though I appreciate the bigger tib, it was dirty. The room smelled better and looked better though.

Too much of a cash cow! 100 dollar deposit for what! That’s crazy! Tried to get around that and the guys at register lied to me and said they couldn’t get around that without contacting the owner so they divvied up a Caucasian female manager carrying a weapon and she said no you will have to stay in a smoking room after I told them I was asthmatic! I felt like prisoner with no rights! I thought the 100 dollar deposit was well overated!

Your reservation clearly states that there is a 100.00 deposit due at time of check in. I am sorry that you cannot read well enough to have seen that. Second, we gave you the only room that we could without getting fired for not taking the deposit. If you were so unhappy, then why did you continue to book the room after your initial night's stay? Third, the manager is armed due to the fact that she is female and works at night by herself. It is not a crime in Georgia to be legally armed; especially a female working alone at night!Again, we thank you for your feedback.

Runnnnnn, I have photos and can't upload them. Wyndham name is on the property and I'm a rewards member. Wyndham needs to be ashamed for putting their name on this hotel.

The staff was great. The conditions of the building, not so much. In the first room we were put in, there was no AC and no remote for the TV. In the next room, there is no smoke detection and no extra lock on the door. The shower leaked all over the floor. Had a second room my kids stayed in and the shower did the same thing.

My day was terrible. The neighborhood is terrible. Will not go back there ever to stay.
