房间很雅致，7年前预订过他们家酒店，环境很不错，复古风。今年重游约克又定了他们家酒店，没让人失望。店内小姐姐很热情，会推荐游玩攻略。床非常软，喜欢小伙伴可以入！
房间布置的温馨舒适，经典英伦风，餐厅环境很好早餐丰富，酒店在市中心地理位置优越，步行10分钟就能抵达约克大教堂和购物中心，打车10分钟到火车站，商务或亲子旅游的绝佳选择!
前台服务态度一般，要我的实体卡全部信息，不能用Apple Pay付押金。而且安排到002，就是感觉直接睡在昏暗的约克石板小路边上了。房间里也有很多缺陷，包括但不限于床单上的破洞、窗帘掉下一边、床边的很多灰尘…但床垫还是舒服的，还有ok的空调，让我睡了一个好觉。
位置在城中心略靠边，步行10分钟到中心。房间设施中规中矩，但隔音太差。早餐种类少，可以点热食但口味很一般。服务比较热情友好，洲际会员可以late check out。酒店旁边有很好吃的中餐厅米巷。
房间很温馨也很干净，床非常舒服，工作人员也都很热情，酒店离热门景点也很近，还有贴心欢迎小零食，很满意，推荐。
前台服务态度好
超预期的不错，房间里面也很新，面积也比较宽敞。服务也不错，我是临时决定续住一天，需要换房，酒店的前台安排了工作人员帮我一起拿行李换房间。属于下次来我还会选择的类型。楼下就有一家中餐，走路七八分钟就到肉铺街。
