Filthy door frame in bathroom. No Kleenex in tissue dispenser. Dusty room. 2 sheets of paper towels in dispenser. Hotel allowed guests to keep the 3 luggage carts in their rooms & there were none available when we checked out & it took 4 trips to get our stuff to the car before checking out. Low water pressure in rainfall shower head. Rat trap outside hotel entrance

Room was spacious. Front desk help was readily available every time. Breakfast was excellent. Will remember this place for future visits to OKC.

I have stayed at this location twice. I like the ambience of the lounge area...Very nice! Breakfast is okay. I wish there was yogurt and milk in the containers and cartons...not in the machines and no turkey meat available as an option. I also wish there was dining options inside the hotel but none are available. The rooms are very nice and roomy. I love the rainfall shower head....lots of utensils...no coffee pot in rooms...but plenty downstairs. I love the kitchenette. No dishwasher but not really needed. TV size and lots of channels was wonderful. My overall opinion is that I put Best Western Executive Plus in my top 10 of my Hotel choices.

Syaff was very friendly and accommodating. The room looked newly updated. Bed slept well, great size bathroom.

We arrived late as we drove 14hrs.The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. We were so tired we just let the front desk know and went to bed as the desk clerk was very busy and we did not want to wait to see if there was another room.Toilet did not flush though we did not realize it until the next morning (just thought we forgot to flush the night before). We wanted to you the bathroom in the lobby before we left but they were also not working.

新年旅行，酒店位置还可以，建筑有些旧了，房间也一般。主要是服务太差，办理入住给的第一个房间竟然是没有打扫的，换了一个房间后，又发现居然没有提供浴巾和毛巾，打电话没有人接，向前台当面反映也是非常冷漠，没有一句道歉的话。非常失望。以后不会再住这个酒店了。
非常抱歉，发错了点评，刚把给别的酒店的点评错发到了这里。这家酒店还是不错的，前台的服务态度比较好。谢谢！
我预订了这家酒店周六的房间，但他们却说我预订的是昨天。当我向他们询问并指出这个错误时，他们说绝对不退款。然后他们晚上给我打了电话，我没接，我猜他们可能是因为我没入住才打电话问怎么回事？！我理解规定，我明白，但当我直接指出这是个错误后，他们甚至不提更改日期，这简直太荒谬了。这笔钱我是拿不回来了，但他们的服务我也绝不会再用了。
