No spa no massage as mentioned on their page and on booking sites ,no medicines no nurse in the hotel!!! And the restaurant doesn't have coffee just only nescafe and tea ,there is no anise or Latina or any herbs drink ,they put these missing things in the place where you go buy it !!!!!! They give you only 2 small bottles of water in your room every day that less than 1litre and this is not healthy for your organs ,suppose they give you at least 2 litre every day if they care about guests health and there satisfaction ,no one come to clean the room or change the bed ,the hot water no working, the smell of the floor and rooms are not good ,why not give every room air conditioner

The restaurant no clean ,its place for eat !!!and in the room which was double with staranger ,the housekeeping just make my bed prepare after I go in the room !!!and I don't know even if he change everything in the bed to new things or no!!!???!
