Discovery Park 满足了基本需求。酒店干净，设施齐全。唯一的缺点是无线网络不太稳定。非常适合自驾游，但不推荐那些依赖公共交通的人入住。
抵达办理入住手续时，最初的感觉是这里很舒适、安静又安全。我们出去参加家人的生日聚会，晚上9:30回到小屋。看了会儿电视就睡觉了。凌晨3点左右，一群人来到我们对面，继续大声放音乐狂欢，直到早上6点，音乐停了大约一个小时后又响了起来。凌晨时分还发生了争吵和打架。对于我们一家带着年幼女儿的人来说，这真是太可怕了。

开车去霍巴特中央商务区不太远。如果不在中央商务区，步行到隔壁的酒店吃饭也很方便。工作人员乐于助人。
