Extremely disappointed in trying to resolve a double booking. ******* says property won’t refund an erroneous double booking charge. Property staff called me to say they would. Who doesn’t have their story straight??

Stay was pleasant and what was expected. The only downfall was we were unaware breakfast ended at 9 am Sunday. We tried to go earlier but it was a small area with too many people.

The first room we checked into had a large circle of white powder on the floor and a moldy smell because of “a cleaning incident”. We were given another room. In the morning, my 90 year old mother was trying to take a shower and the handle fell off. The manager accused her of breaking it, and said we should have come to the desk to have the faucet replaced. Since we were on our way to a wedding, clearly this was an insensitive suggestion. No apologies were made. Worst hotel experience in my life!

The room we stayed in had an odor of stale smoke, yet was advertised as a smoke-free room. Coffee pot in the lobby was empty when I went to get some.
