This has nothing to do with bed bugs and broken furniture. This is simply the fact that you are upset that you were asked to leave for smoking in a non smoking room.
酒店回复: Hi there Debra, thank you for your review. Our records show that you stayed with us just on the 26th of this month and checked out the 27th. We only place a hold on your card and it is then released the day that you checkout. It does however, take up to 5 business days for that to reflect on your account and it has ONLY been 1 which was Friday. Sorry that you feel that this is horrible,but that is standard procedure.

This ensures that guests are less likely to smoke in a room as they would be charged a cleaning fee. This in turn guarantees rooms are smoke free. It also covers incidentals such as damages in case of any mishaps. This WAS refunded to you and is reflected on your credit card.2. We did not force you to book the room. You booked your room online via booking website where you were able to choose where you wanted to stay and how much you wanted to spend. Unfortunately there is no accommodation that is 75 dollars on a Saturday long weekend night in August. Most hotels parking alone is 45 per night in this area.

You room costed you 100 including tax which is a very reasonable price considering the area. Our ice machine is located inside in the interior hallway had you just asked we would have showed you where it is located

我换了另一间更糟糕的房间。
闻起来像死老鼠的味道。家具坏了。枕头、床单、毯子都脏兮兮的。这是我这辈子住过的最糟糕的酒店，这家酒店应该关门大吉了。
