The first room we were assigned was smelling mold badly, the toilet was not clean from previous guests, toilet tank was not refilling, there also was a stain on the linens. The evening manager helped us as best she could, she changed the room, & even swept the carpet by the hallway at this second room -cause it was visibly dirty. The second room was clean but overall neither the beds nor the pillows were comfortable. We understand this was a last minute pick, but there's absolutely nothing that deserves an 8 on this establishment.

Three issues: (1) soda and milk where in the refrigerator left by a previous guest. (2j security chain on room door is broken. (3) TV was not connected to cable or WiFi, therefore, I could not watch anything on the TV.
Also, it should be stated on the website that a $100 deposit is due at check in.

The room was in poor condition. Stained ceilings, chipped flooring, doors coming apart, musty smelling and the A/C ran constantly even though I didn’t adjust the temp. The staff was great and the lobby was decorated so cute for Christmas. The bed itself was clean and comfortable but The price for a hotel in this condition should not be nearly $300 for 2 nights.

Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. It's a great room for the price. I only gave it four stars because even though it's not right next to I-75, there still is quite a bit of noise from the street outside. And there's no breakfast offered, just coffee.
