我对最初的入住体验感到失望，因为我进入房间后发现我的要求根本没有被满足。非常简单的一个要求：我只是希望把两张单人床拼在一起，让床更大一些，但结果没有。即使我愿意支付额外费用，延迟退房也同样困难。如果他们说需要，我甚至可以多付一晚的钱，但他们并没有这么说。我们上完夜班，早上7点下班，7点半才到酒店。吃完早餐稍微休息一下就睡着了。11点的时候我们接到了一个电话，提醒我们退房。我告诉他们我已经申请了延迟退房并愿意支付额外费用，但只能延迟两小时，不能再多了。之后服务员就开始敲门，催促我们退房，说她需要换床单等等。我们觉得这真的很粗鲁。

Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!

Good location, a bus stop just a few minutes away and most importantly quiet. The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. Looked very well used.

Shabby carpet in hallways and walls but rooms ok

The hallways walls and carpets let this place down.

Luckily the rooms and carpets are better and the rooms are a good size.

I found the staff lovely and friendly, and very helpful. Was situated in a nice setting. Room was very good for the price. Would definitely check availability if we visit the area again.
