Has very bad bed bugs infestation, management knows about it. They say it’s not bed bugs. When brought to them they hide, when the lady manager comes in all they offer is to move you to a new room

The place is a dump. Sewer smell in the drains, dirt/mold around the toilet, broken furniture and shower chair. When I asked management to come see the problems she refused and hung up on me so add really crappy management.

Room was clean. Nice safe location The front desk person was friendly. Great budget hotel if you’re going to a concert at the Val air ballroom it’s walking distance. across the street You have gas station and a couple fast food options,. This will be my regular hotel for when I go see concerts at Val Air ballroom or stay on that part of town.

The breakfast menu? A joke. Toast and sausage. Albeit it was warm... but few options... A joke and I wasn't laughing.
Room was nice. Comfy but in slight disrepair.
Staff really was the exception to this. They were friendly happy and helpful.

Great location as I was able to walk to food, convenient store and concert venue. The room was basic and the window was ground level, and opened! Only met one employee who was friendly and a bit slow due to his age, but overall I had no issues.

提供简单的早餐，但没有蔬菜 水果 鸡蛋等。
前台的印度小哥很全能，不仅值夜班，也值白班，不仅check in ,还收拾早餐。我们落了问题器在前台，去询问时，他马上就从房间里拿了出来。
简单的酒店，但我认为价格合理（40美元）。它位于西得梅因，附近有餐馆、沃尔玛、便利店和加油站。房间很简单但很干净。这对我来说已经足够了。缺点是早餐
