It's a smoking room with double beds with no ashtray or hangers one bed could feel the springs in the mattress and both mattresses don't match the box springs and the bed skirts have mold on them and the shower curtain has mold on it and I had the heat maxed out and it was still cold. I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

There are no ashtrays because people steal them. The heat does work just fine. Some of the TV's you have to punch in the TV channels, if you use the channel up and down selector it will take the TV off from digital and the TV will go to analog. There are no hangers also, people steal them. We pride in the safety and security of our guests. If i could give this room a 0 star i would. We checked in. Room was so filthy. Our allergies started acting up. We did not stay. Booked a different hotel. The receptionist was rude and rolled his eyes the entire time. Refused to give us our refund.

It was awful. 88 degrees at night and no A/C in the rooms. Room was unbearably hot! Ice machine broken. Large group of people sitting in the parking lot between 2 mini vans with the doors open partying at midnight. Felt very unsafe.
