Room was questionable clean

Couldn’t understand the front desk guy
However…. The young man that checked us out was really nice and polite

Could be a lot better.
Check in was fine. Room was not that clean. Hair on dresser, stained and burn holes in bed cover. A lot of questionable people in parking lot. You get what you pay for.....

Inconsiderate set up
Only plug-ins by bed are directly under a table that they secured it to the wall so i could not get to it! Thank goodness my granddaughter could get to it for my sleep apnea machine!!!
Beds slide around on a platform instead of a box spring! Floor needed cleaning. The rest was fine

The room was a smoking room with no ashtrays and only one set of towels for two people. The pillows were awful and the AC unit didn't work with 90some degree weather. Hard to sleep. I was not impressed with the stay

I stay in hotels/motels weekly for work… this is the first one that has been bad enough to warrant a review. Nasty. Dirty. Stinky. Animals (cats) living in the indoor hallway. Bed size advertised as queen. It was a full. Smoke detector in room didn’t work. Even at $52 a night and the $50 I pocket nightly from per diem, I don’t think I can bring myself to spend another night at this one!

I atrived extremely late and the hotel allowed a late check out so i could sleep and take care of myself

Door was broken, lock didn’t work, cigarettes butts on floor, and dirty towels in bathroom… room was not clean to say the least!!! And bugs!!!! They did switch us rooms!!! But did not offer any discount or apology for nasty room! This was a horrible place!!! Do not recommend!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!! They would not refund money!!! Just needed to rest a long drive after a funeral.
