Wasn’t very clean, they said had breakfast but only waffles, bananas, toast or cereal. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and this was sad when you say breakfast and they have a few items you call it continental breakfast. The pictures made the place look new and updated but that was not the case.

It was difficult to park our u haul truck and there was a lot of construction going on. Breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was somewhat clean but the bad odor in the entire hotel was very awful and there's no elevator. The outside was not clean and had unhoused individuals hanging on the outside. The two gentlemen at the service desk were friendly and helpful. I do not recommend this hotel. The

I was getting released from the hospital from having a total hip replacement I am a Muslim and a single mom. I books of room for two nights on *******. The hospital wanted me to call the hotel and make sure that they had the handicap amenities. The woman working the counter told me to not come there that they were not able to accommodate me to please cancel. I went to the ******* website and canceled and messaged them through ******* website they never responded. I thought everything would you know work out because she told me not to come so days later I see the charge on my bank account. I called the hotel I called ******* you know no luck giving the run around few weeks later when I'm able to I go to the hotel they were extremely rude wouldn't even tell me their names I got emails from them stating that the room had been canceled not just a no-show canceled and they still would not refund my money that it was up to ******* I have emails from ******* stating that it's up to the hotel they have done nothing but been rude and not helpful and you know the Quran does not teach to treat others especially other Muslims this way it is horrible and it really hurt me.

If I had seen the room before paying for it, I wouldn’t proceed with the booking! The carpets are smelly and old. The bedroom wall is broken. Bathtub curtain is dirty. Chair is torn.

房间卫生堪忧，房间内充斥着污浊外加空气清新剂的味道，设施老旧，门窗破旧关不严。
可圈可点的是，周边商业尚可，吃饭购物还算方便。
价格实惠！中途停留的好选择。
我们正常抵达。他们给了我们房间，房间很干净。我唯一注意到的是，尽管是无烟房，但房间里却弥漫着浓重的香烟味。
总体来说一切都很好，我们忘了带手机，回来的时候手机还在，所以还好
