斯特林V Grand Madurai酒店整体而言令人失望。最大的问题是卫生。房间没有彻底清洁，浴室也明显脏污，这立刻给人留下了不好的印象。游泳池因为缺水而无法使用，这又是一个遗憾。台球桌只是摆设，不能使用，这让人感觉很不真实。唯一值得称道的是员工。他们非常友好热情，乐于助人。可惜的是，良好的服务并不能弥补糟糕的卫生状况和无法使用的设施。除非酒店做出重大改进，否则不建议入住。

Very nice service and co operative staff. Awesome food. Staff served us dinner at 11.30 pm with same enthusiasm. Over all pleasant experience.

泳池正在维修！其他一切都很棒！！
接待处的Prahba非常热情友好。床很舒服，枕头也很棒。非常干净，体验非常棒。早餐也很棒。从我们的房间，***可以直接看到屋顶泳池！很漂亮，也很干净。

2024 年 11 月的一个晚上，与一家旅行社一起度过。 405房间。安静的酒店，房间大、舒适、干净。正确的床上用品（符合我们的口味）。空调功能正常，但有点吵。工作无线网络。体面的自助晚餐和早餐（不是很甜，带上冻干咖啡包，因为提供的咖啡不是很好）。推荐一家在马杜赖中途停留的酒店。
非常好的酒店，服务和清洁都很棒。特别是LAKSHME，非常感谢。要求立即得到满足。我推荐这家酒店作为我来时唯一住的酒店。您可以与家人和朋友住在一起。我想再次和朋友住在一起
