We stayed here in last week of August in maharani suite. Situated just in front OF beautiful BALSAMAND LAKE. What a scenic calm and joyful experience. 10/10 Horse riding experience is nice. FOOD AND RESTAURANT AMBIENCE 10/10 PRESENTATION 10/10 TASTE 10/10 MOTILALJI is very welcoming and attentive. This is a little piece of heaven on earth. While in jodhpur, you find silence in this amazing place great to relax, chill, do walking in the property by the sound of different species of birds, finding also peacocks, monkeys and horses in the stables. The rooms are great as they transformed the old stables into modern room. Professional staff. Great place for instagramers as you get perfect pictures.

The experience of staying here has exceeded my expectations. The property is huge, and we spotted so many different birds — peacocks were a part of every short walk around the grounds. They also have basic bicycles, so we cycled around quite a lot. The staff is extremely cordial and gentle. The food is amazing, and the breakfast spread is very good.

The palace is an architectural masterpiece and is tastefully decorated to preserve the bygone era. The staff is courteous and polite.The lake is pristine and a sight to behold and make sure to watch sunset/sunrise by the lake. Kudos to the team at Bal Samand lake palace.

除了园林景观、马匹和孔雀之外，这次体验简直糟糕透了。一开始，前台的服务人员态度非常冷漠，即使我们为生日准备了蛋糕，还特意找了当地的鲜花，接待员的语气和表情依然毫无礼貌，没有一丝笑容，只有冷漠。这种糟糕的服务在烛光晚餐时依然存在。当时只有三个人负责100-150人的用餐，其中两个人还是吧台的。当我们要求在餐桌上加两把椅子时，他们竟然置之不理15分钟，直到我不得不自己把那两把沉重的椅子从场地另一头搬到我的座位上。食物同样难以下咽。即使我们特意叮嘱他们不要做辣的，他们也完全反其道而行之。我们最后剩下了三分之二的食物。我之前在房间里点的薯条，后来决定在餐桌上吃，结果服务员花了15分钟才把薯条装盘端上来。第二天早上，我父母以为昨天只是个糟糕的日子，并非他们的错，便想在水坝附近喝茶。我们提出要前面的三把椅子，他答应了，然后就消失了。我们向给我们上茶的服务员询问，他却拒绝了，说不允许这样做，他不会帮忙。尽管昨晚那里明明坐了15个人。就连我的司机也被服务员宰了。他买了价值20卢比的餐券，但因为没有零钱，就付了200卢比给服务员。服务员答应一会儿会找零，结果第二天早上也没人见到他……那天是我父亲的生日，我原本很期待在那里度过一段美好的时光，但巴尔萨曼德让我非常失望，即使我们花了那么多钱！
酒店位置绝佳，房间也很有历史感。但是员工态度粗鲁，极其不热情，简直糟糕透顶。比如，他们会一边拍照一边看着你费力地搬行李。我租车半天，结果20分钟后下车，他们竟然在途中把价格翻了一倍。要知道，当时我独自一人旅行，而且已经是晚上8点，城里天色已黑。
公园绿意盎然中的一片宁静绿洲，公园里有数百年历史的桥梁和动物。一座正宗的 15 世纪堡垒，仍然富丽堂皇（套房很漂亮，标准间也很漂亮），但没有进行豪华改造。环境优美，湖上日落的景色令人难以置信。工作人员友善。距离市中心约15/20分钟，出行方便
结构美观；令人难以置信且令人着迷。一座真正的王公宫殿，有一个美丽的公园可供散步。我的房间真的很大，服务也很棒。当我到达时，我发现了各种饼干和新鲜水果，当我回来时，它们很快就恢复了。餐厅非常适合享用单点晚餐。早餐有点过于专注于印度食物。发酵产品和松饼很糟糕，显然是低级工业食品。但其余的都很棒。抱歉，我只住了一晚
