Unsafe property. In need of many repairs. Rickety walkway on upper floor, missing security lock on door, stained towels, no shower curtain at all. Very noisy so didn’t sleep at all. Cheapest option for location needed- still too much money for how bad of shape property is in. Made my list of never again!

Upon arrival, the water in the bathroom was on and would not turn off and there was mold in the bathroom. When we called to the front desk to ask for a different room they were sold out so couldn’t move us and didn’t offer up an other suggestions for making this better. We called back down to see if they could come fix the issue and clean to get rid of the mold. They did try but were not successful.

The doors had spaces on the bottom of each side that I seen a mouse run in under the door so not right

The property is not in good shape. The breakfast (for someone who is gluten free) was poor. There was a bad smell in the room (we at first thought it was from cigarette smoke). In the morning I woke up with congestion and puffy eyes (signs of an allergic reaction that I did not have before arriving and cleared up later in the day). I am assuming it was to something like formaldehyde as the floors looked like they were newly done. The staff was fine, but we did not think the stay was worth the money we paid.

Felt a bit unsafe, and when we opened the door to our room - immediately smelled like smoke, that had been covered with cleaning products. The bedding even smelled like smoke. The waffles, gravy and even the orange juice were watered down, but the bagels were fine. Stayed two days because we didn't have a choice. The towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable but doubt i would ever stay again.

It has been a horrible experience, we asked for a change in the first room and the second was the same or worse! The cleanliness of the place is terrible, the bathrooms dirty to the naked eye, the floor and beds dirty, the sheets stained; zero hygiene, animals walked on the walls! I have videos and photos of the place! Places like these should be closed. There were even leftovers of food from other guests inside the closet drawers. The photos exposed on the web have nothing to do with reality.

Definitely a no!!
I have never spent $122 on a hotel room this bad. Ever. It reaked of urine. I had to have them bring me room spray. The tv and bathroom faucet were filthy as though someone sneered lotion or something all over. And the tub??? Absolutely filthy and you could tell it was cleanable because the outer inside of tub was clean but the other 3/4 was disgusting!! Also above me people were rolling around on the office chair all night and the following morning. On top of people stomping around. Unreal!
