For me, sort of a tough rating on this place. It's basically trashed in general inside and out. But the service at the desk was good, the people seem to have a good attitude. Everything in the room worked except for the refrigerator, which I didn't need to use on this trip. Hot tub worked fine, bed was comfortable and clean. So it really looks bad inside and out, but I just might stay there again, I think

The room was filthy, i dont expect much from a cheap hotel but I do expect it to be clean and this place was gross. Everything else about the room was terrible too.

I prepaid this hotel and they didn’t honor our reservation. When we checked in, the hotel just said sold out and no room available and they knew we prepaid the reservation. End up we have to find other hotel to stay in the midnight. This is never happened to me before.

The room was not cleaned. The hotel was sold out even though I paid for the room in advance. It was a horrible experience.

When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from ******* for my booking and did not stay there.
