We got in at about 9:30pm and the front desk told me they let my reservation go at 8pm. I asked why and he said that's what the manager makes them do. He asked why I was late and even though it was none of his business, I explained that I knew I had until midnight to check in so we went to our function first then to the hotel. I asked for a room and he said he only had one room left and it was a king with jacuzzi room for $50 more. I said absolutely not. I not only reserved my room, but I also paid for it. He was not nice about the situation at all. He told me to call ******* for a refund and get a different hotel.

Smelled like smoke electrical plugs didn’t work. Microwave was broken. The fridge was barely cold and had a lot of problems with the heater.

when i arrived at the property the guy said he had no rooms avaliable i traveled 2 hours with nowhere to go an then he offered an another room which was not the type of room i paid for so unacceptable and dirty i had to call police in order for him to even get him to talk to me i would like an refund

The place is gross, everything about it is terrible. Not safe / a bar holding the window shut. This is the worst room I have ever paid for

Room was clean. But after a while I started seeing roaches started off with one. Then it was more and more by the minute mammas daddies and babies coming out. I couldn’t enjoy my stay or get any sleep because I was to worried about the roaches. We had a jacuzzi it was okay but no what I expected it I couldn’t turn on the jetted part. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a spring

For me, sort of a tough rating on this place. It's basically trashed in general inside and out. But the service at the desk was good, the people seem to have a good attitude. Everything in the room worked except for the refrigerator, which I didn't need to use on this trip. Hot tub worked fine, bed was comfortable and clean. So it really looks bad inside and out, but I just might stay there again, I think

The room was filthy, i dont expect much from a cheap hotel but I do expect it to be clean and this place was gross. Everything else about the room was terrible too.
