Hotel was fine! Front desk woman was less than friendly upon check in and through out the stay; didn’t seem like a place that welcomed families.

Overall a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful with 3 young children and the room gave enough space for everyone. Recommend better seals around the door to block out the hall lights. It was so bright it looked like we had a light on in the room.

I am a member. I called this hotel, spoke with a woman explained that I had an emotional pet who is registered, a letter from my physician for my anxiety/panic attacks. She informed me my pet was welcomed. Sadly I didn’t write her name down. We arrive driving from Nashville where the desk lady said we couldn’t stay there. She wasn’t helpful of where there might be a place, never apology about the error on “your part”. Nonverbal communication appeared like it was my fault. Unacceptable behavior.

Stayed here several time for Blockhead outings. Very clean and reasonable and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Every went well, just the pool was a bit dirty and Some type of sewer smell coming out of the bathroom.

The room needed to be remodeled. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and you couldn't shut it off, the board on the bathroom were rotted out, the tile in the little kitchen area kept flipping up if you stepped closer to the edge, the AC didn't work very well at all and squeaked a lot. We also didn't get our room cleaned when we asked for it to be cleaned. Also asked for towels and they never came. Had to go get a set of towels. Stayed in a queen Suite, we will stay at another hotel if we are back in the area.
